Notice of Panyu District People’s Government of Guangzhou Municipality on Abolishing the Guidelines for The Open Introduction of Cooperative Enterprises in the Renewal and Reconstruction of Old Villages in Panyu District

All township governments, street offices, and units directly under the district government,

　　Upon the deliberation and approval of the executive meeting of Panyu District People’s Government, it is decided that the Notice of Panyu District People’s Government of Guangzhou Municipalityon Issuing the Guidelines for The Open IntroductionofCooperative Enterprises in the Renewal and Reconstruction of Old Villages in Panyu District (Pan Fu Gui [2020] No. 4) shall be terminated from the issue date of this notice.Once this Guidelines abolished, the open introduction of cooperative enterprises during the renewal and reconstruction of old villages in Panyu District shall be implemented according to the Notice of Guangzhou Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Issuing Guidelines on The Introduction and Withdrawal of Cooperative Enterprises in Urban Village Reconstruction of Guangzhou (Sui Jian Gui Zi [2021] No. 1) and other related documents.
