Notice of Panyu District People’s Government of Guangzhou Municipality on the Construction of Panyu National Costal Fishing Port Economic Zone Shangxiachong Harbour Shelter Anchorage Engineering Project

　　Panyu National Costal Fishing Port Economic Zone Shangxiachong Harbour Shelter Anchorage Engineering Project belongs to the Lianhuashan Fishing Port Core upgrading Project in Zhujiangkou Fishing Port Economic Zone of the National Coastal Fishing Port Construction Plan (2018-2025), is located at the southeast of Lotus Hill Resort, northwest of Gull island, is located inside five villages，which are Qunxing Village, Weixing Village, Dongxing Vilalge, Mingxing Village, and Lianwei Village, with an area of approximately 49400 square meters, subject to the boundary survey. The details of the project construction are hereby notified as follows:

　　Ⅰ. Panyu National Costal Fishing Port Economic Zone Shangxiachong Harbour Shelter Anchorage Engineering Project includes anchorage dredging of 138000 cubic meters, shoreline reconstruction  (including sewage pipes construction) of 3500 meters, fishing village style restoration, ship stopping facilities, two pedestration bridges, and riverside waters cleaning project and so on, which can improve the mooring conditions for fishing boats, enhance the capability of disaster prevention and mitigation in fishery industry, and guarantee the people's lives and properties.

　　Ⅱ. The construction unit of Panyu National Costal Fishing Port Economic Zone Shangxiachong Harbour Shelter Anchorage Engineering Project is Shilou Town People's Government of Panyu District. The compensation work for land acquisition and demolition involed in the project is organized and implemented by Panyu District People’s Government. The concrete work of compensation for land acquisition and demolition is carried out by Shilou Town People's Government of Panyu District according to law.

　　Ⅲ. Every individual and entity within the scope of Panyu National Costal Fishing Port Economic Zone Shangxiachong Harbour Shelter Anchorage Engineering Project should actively support and cooperate with the government construction, and should not obstruct the measurement, drilling, construction, and compensation work for expropriation of the project.

　　Ⅳ. Those who violate this notice, refuse, or obstruct the staff of state organs to carry out their official duties in accordance with the law, shall be investigated by the public security departments in accordance with the Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People’s Republic of China and other laws and regulations. Where a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility is to be pursued in accordance with the law.

　　V. This notice shall come into effect on the date of issue and shall be valid for three years.
