为保障防洪、供水安全，保护水生态环境，根据《中华人民共和国水法》《广东省河道管理条例》《广东省河道采砂管理条例》等法律法规的规定，并综合考虑河道河砂蕴藏、河床演变、水情、工程安全、水环境等情况，现将2025年度番禺区管采砂河道河砂禁采区公告如下： 

        In order to ensure flood prevention, water supply safety, and protect the ecological environment of the water, in accordance with the  "People'sRepublic of China Water Law" ,  "Regulations on the Management of Guangdong Province" ,  "Regulations on the Managementof Sandquidation of the Guangdong Province" and other laws and  regulations, and with comprehensive consideration of river sand content, the evolution of the riverbed, water situation, engineering safety, and water environment, and the announcement of the sandy river sand of Panyu District in 2025 is as follows:

　　一、省、市管河道（河段）2025年度河砂禁采区按照省、市相关文件执行。

       The riverside (river section) within the jurisdiction of the Province and municipalities in 2025The river sand ban area was implemented in accordance with the relevant documents of the province and municipalities.

　　二、番禺区辖区范围内所有区管河道（河段）划定为 2025年度河砂禁采区。对区管河道（河段）停止受理河道采砂申请和发放《河道采砂许可证》，禁止一切河道采砂活动（水行政主管部门批准并经其他相关部门许可的河道整治及航道疏浚工程除外）。违反本公告规定的，将依照《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》《广东省河道采砂管理条例》等规定予以查处，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。

　　The rivers (river sections) within the jurisdiction of Panyu District shall be designated as river sand mining prohibited area in 2025. Stop accepting the application of sand mining applications and issuing the "Miscellaneous Sand Selection permits" on the above river channels (sections), and prohibit all river channel sand mining activities (except for river channel rectification and channel dredging projects approved by the water administrative department and permitted by other relevant departments). Essence In violation of the provisions of this announcement, it will investigate and deal with the "Regulations on the Management of Public Security Management of the People's Republic of China" and "Regulations on the Sand Sandquidation Management of the Guangdong Province" to constitute criminal responsibility in accordance with the law.

　　三、本公告自2025年1月1日起施行，有效期至2025年12月31日止。
